About BR Food Group
Early in 2009, BR Food Group started producing gourmet kolaches in our small startup bakery in Rosenberg, TX. The bakery had one small proofer, and a single oven used to create baked goods for one of the US’s largest convenience store chains.
Crazy or not, fast forward 10 years and over 60,000,000+ kolaches sold; not only has our bakery grown a bit, but our product offerings have as well.
The expansion of our product offerings grew organically. Working closely with our clients and understanding their goals and objectives, we have not only created a wide variety of gourmet baked goods but we now offer egg rolls with a twist and craft smoked meats.
Oh, and if you are wondering… Yes, our very first client is still one of our beloved partners.
